RK's acquisition and disposition personnel are in frequent contact with buyers and sellers of property. We maintain a strong cooperative relationship with the general brokerage community.

The acquisition team's approach to property selection involves:

  • Evaluating the physical condition of the property and the feasibility of improvements.
  • Analyzing management strategies for substantially improving the property's performance.

By careful research, RK's acquisition team has discovered "diamonds in the rough" located in stable markets that, through physical upgrading and strong management, have increased in growth and appreciation.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

RK acquires properties with the objective of growth in value as a result of aggressive property management, including property improvements, revenue increases and cost-efficient operations.

Our competent staff of in-house property management and clerical personnel supervises all maintenance, rehab and gardening efforts. Resident managers coordinate individual property needs under the watchful eye of the property supervisor. Our managers strive to keep properties occupied, residents satisfied and rental rates at the leading edge of the market.

INVESTOR RELATIONS

Investor Relations is extremely important to RK Properties. We update our clients regularly as to the progress of their investments. We maintain a special attitude toward our investor partners, which has earned us their loyalty and respect.

MARKETING

Through Rance King Securities, a subsidiary of RK Properties, the marketing group provides sales support to selling agents and their clients.

ACCOUNTING

RK Properties financial monitoring and reporting functions are conducted by the accounting department. The highly qualified staff has extensive accounting, financial management and computer experience in real estate rehabilitation, development, syndication, and property management.
