- Other areas of interest – Louisiana, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Texas and Washington
- B+ to A++……age. Mostly new builds just out of lease up but will consider older if redeeming qualities.
- Financing…..leverage is typically 50%.
Age
- 2010 or newer with a strong preference for new construction
- Will also consider 1990’s construction with a value-add component
Financing
- All transactions closed with RK Properties capital (no equity partner)
- No financing contingency
- Cash to new loan max 65% LTV
- 21-30 day due diligence
- 30-60 day total closing
